Essential Projects was recently contracted by a leading Nottinghamshire based retailer to install shopping trolley corrals within the car park of one its newly opened stores.
Based at the Giltbrook Shopping Park on the outskirts of Nottingham, the new store provides 8,310 square feet of space in this busy shopping destination. Other leading brands with stores on the retail park include Boots, IKEA and Next.
Having already gained a reputation for completing high quality work for leading UK brands such as Next, Oakfurnitureland and Waitrose, Essential Projects was appointed to design, manufacture and install bespoke shopping trolley corrals.
The Giltbrook Shopping Park is expected to receive more than six million visitors a year. Due to the expected increased level of visitors the trolley corrals were installed at strategic locations throughout the car park to enable customers quick access to a trolley as they enter the store.
After a design solution was agreed, Essential Projects design, manufactured and installed a 5 metre high and 3 metre wide stainless steel trolley corral.
Commenting on behalf of the project, Essential Projects, Managing Director said “The metalwork Essential Projects manufactures is always of the very highest quality. Our highly skilled team of fabricators are extremely dedicated to producing high quality work. This is why we are able to continually win work for high profile clients.”
A company spokesman from the leading retailor said “Having expanded in recent years, Giltbrook Shopping Centre attracts more than six million shoppers a year. I’m confident visitors will be impressed by our new store and we are delighted with the shopping trolley corrals.”
